Whitsun Launches Reflexion 2.0, an Online Helpdesk Support System

Whitsun Systems Ltd. is thrilled to announce the launch of Reflexion 2.0, Whitsun’s online helpdesk system which has been designed to help us put our best foot forward and better our support service by tracking our customers’ issues together with the means of solving it: giving you, our customers, a closer sense of being part of the issue solving process. Thus we have the ticketing area as well as the self-service which will make your use of our products much easier and flawless.

With features such as the self-service, email notification, ticketing, SMS notification, call centre operation, user profiling, rating, customer management, and audit trail among others, we believe our clients will be pleased with Reflexion as a means of effective communication in the area of resolving issues that come about after sales.

Reflexion will go live on the 22nd of May, 2017 at 2pm, worldwide and all patrons will receive emails as to how to use the system and with their login credentials. Training and support will be made available in the form of manuals, cheat sheets and video presentation where necessary to make users abreast with its use.
