WPF/SilverLight Developer

We are looking for people who love writing high-speed, low footprint, zero maintenance shrink-wrapped software. Top-notch computer programming skills.

Qualification

• Composite knowledge of WPF, XAML, and Silverlight with Knowledge of Composite Application Guidance for WPF (formerly code-named "Prism").
• Programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, Web Forms and strong understanding of HTML/DHTML, AJAX etc
• Working knowledge of development within .NET 3.0 & 3.5 Framework.
• Experience using Expression Blend and Visual Studio 2008.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment and be able to contribute to existing systems. Resulting code must be well structured, portable, extensible, maintained under revision control and well documented.
• Must show the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Communicate effectively with Senior Developers, Project Managers, and Creative team to maximize production.
• Produce internal case studies to explore all benefits of Silverlight.
• Has architected, designed, and implemented at least two web based interfaces for commercial products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior-level developers to assist in the expansion of our team.
• Be an overall rockstar, and provide humor and a positive attitude to our already inspiring work environment.
